Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Eynali Technologies Inc. (“Eynali”, “we”, “us”) is a federally-incorporated Canadian company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We’re building a delivery platform launching in 2026. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect through our waitlist at eynali.ca, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
This policy applies only to the eynali.ca waitlist. When we launch our delivery platform, we’ll publish a new, broader privacy policy covering that service.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- The time and date you joined
We don’t collect anything else through this site. We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts that profile you.
Why we collect it
We use your email solely to:
- Notify you when Eynali launches
- Send occasional updates about our progress, such as beta invitations or major milestones
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or by emailing privacy@eynali.ca.
Where it’s stored
Your information is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the Montreal (northamerica-northeast1) region. Choosing a Canadian region means your data stays within Canada and is subject to Canadian law.
Google acts as our data processor and is contractually bound to handle your information securely on our behalf.
How we protect it
We use:
- Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise to prevent automated abuse
- Firestore security rules that restrict access — only our application can write to the waitlist, and the list is not exposed for public reading
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
No security system is perfect, but we have put measures in place intended to keep your information safe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.
The only parties that have access to your data are:
- Google, as our infrastructure provider for Firebase/Firestore
- Eynali Technologies Inc. employees, contractors, or advisors who need access for the purpose described above
If we are ever required to disclose information by law (court order, subpoena, etc.), we will do so to the extent legally required.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on our waitlist until:
- Eynali launches, after which it transitions into our launched-service email list (subject to the new privacy policy we will publish at that time), or
- You request deletion via privacy@eynali.ca, or
- We decide not to launch, in which case we will delete the entire waitlist within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access the information and request a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information from our waitlist
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@eynali.ca. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our waitlist is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province (which is 19 in British Columbia). If you believe a child has provided us with their email address, please contact privacy@eynali.ca and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via email to people on the waitlist.
Governing law
This policy is governed by Canadian privacy laws, including the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), which applies to information collected from British Columbia residents.
